AIS provided Hannon Brothers with a dual-system infrastructure solution for the £100 million brownfield regeneration of the SPARK Walsall hub. The objective was to supply D400-rated, low-carbon access chambers to meet stringent Net Zero and BREEAM standards.

The EasyPIT® ULTRA system, with its D400-Certified twin-wall design, was deployed in high-load areas subject to HGV traffic, ensuring structural integrity. The ecoNOMY® line, manufactured from 100% recycled PVC, was specified to meet the project’s strict sustainability mandates, offering a verifiable, low-carbon alternative. This approach delivered a highly efficient and resilient underground network that fully aligns with modern environmental compliance.
